The Importance of Your BELIEF SYSTEM Our thoughts create our reality. So
therefore if you feel eating raw is not for you, it isn't. If you feel you will have problems unless you consume
b12 daily, you will. You will draw that experience to you by the belief you hold. There are people who eat very
little and thrive. There are people who complete 40 day water fasts (drinking only water for 40 days, no food, no juice
etc) and thrive. There are people who eat fruitarian and thrive. There are people who take no supplements and
thrive. It all comes down to what you believe is possible or right for you at this moment. Watch your thoughts
for they become your actions, watch your actions for they become your habits, watch your habits because they become your character,
watch your character for it becomes your destiny. Your thoughts are your destiny. How do you choose yours to be?
There is a consciousness created by nourishing your body/mind/soul on hamburgers and candy. There is another consciousness
created by nourishing your self on fresh ripe food from nature. Neither is good or bad, just different.
