Depends on your goal really.
The more fresh food you eat in it's whole natural state, the more benefits
you will notice.
Any increase in raw is going to make a positive difference.
However,
If you want to get the best results possible in the shortest amount of time, try it out for 30 days!
You can choose to try it out for one day or for one week if 30 days is not right for you. The reason 30
days is such a great way to start is because it is a long enough time to really settle into a new way
of being. You get used to it enough so that when you go ahead and eat whatever you want after the 30 days
are up you will really see how you feel. I bet you will be amazed!
You get out of things
what you are willing to put into them. If you only kinda try something, you may not get as good results- if any at all. Jumping
right into raw will guarantee you get noticeable results, and fast!
You may want to keep a food journal to track
your progress. There are many places you can do this online for support, like The Raw Path Support Forum on this site.
You may also want to weigh yourself and get your blood pressure taken and tests done before and then again after the 30 days
so you can see even more benefits.
