Low Fat For Optimal Health
After eating raw off & on for almost five years now I have come to
the conclusion that I feel my absolute best when I eat simple and keep my fat intake
low. I still eat the fancy gourmet meals if I want one but I definitly find that nowadays I am much more satisfied
eating simple recipes and mostly whole foods. As of November 2006 I have been sticking as close as I can to Dr Doug Graham's
80/10/10 diet plan and getting phenominal results! It's not just
about low fat, it is about eating simple, fresh, ripe, organic, whole foods as close to their original form
as possible. It is quick and delish! The ultimate fast food!
